Terms and Conditions:

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Melbourne & Adelaide:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to cancellations within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Captain Cook Cruises (WA):

Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers. Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund. Cancellations within 72hrs of departure no refund will be issued. IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS' All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.

Melbourne River Cruises:

Sightseeing River Cruises cancelled 72 hours or less prior to departure will not be eligible for a refund. Cruising Restaurant bookings cancelled with 7 days or less prior to departure will not be eligible for a refund.

The Bell Tower, Home of the Swan Bells, Perth:

•Cancellations notified 30 days or more prior to activity date » full refund is given by activity supplier; •Cancellations notified 8 days or more (but less than 30 days) prior to activity date » 50% refund is given by activity supplier; •Cancellations notified less than 8 days prior to activity date » no refund is given by activity supplier.

Cape Byron Kayaks:

- 100% refund if cancelled due to weather conditions - if cancelled inside 48 hours of departure 100% cancellation fee - if cancelled outside 48 hours a full refund of the ticket price will be issued

Australian Surf Tours:

1. Australian Surf Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour and in this case an alternative tour will be rescheduled or a full refund provided. 2. Any cancellations within seven days of the commencement of the tour will incur 100% cancellation fee.

Getaways SA:

Tour dates can be changed with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to Tour start will receive a Refund, less a Cancellation Fee of $50.

Explore Group:

If you cancel more than 48hours prior to the cruise, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 48hours and 24hours prior there is a 50% fee. If you cancel within 24hours of your tour or are a no show on the day there is a 100% fee.
