100% cancellation fee applicable for any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of travel. All tours of 2 days or more in duration will incur a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 72 hours of day of travel.
Calypso Reef Cruises:
Cancellation fees apply if less than 24hrs notice is given prior to departure.
Kuranda Scenic Railway:
Notification of amendment or cancellation must be given at least 24 hours in advance otherwise a cancellation fee will apply. Child is aged 4-14 years. Pensioner is for Australian residents only. Students with a current Australian or International Student Card. Family includes 2 Adults and 2 Children.
Brisbane Cruises:
72 hrs notice is required for general scheduled cruises. Cancellations within this time will not be refunded.
Four and six weeks is required for special events.
Adventure Moreton Island:
If you decide to cancel your tour, refunds will not be permitted Requests for Reschedule; More than 78 hours prior to travel date : $5.50 pp fee. Less than 78hrs prior to travel date : 100% cancellation fee. No Show : 100% cancellation fee.

Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable.
A copy of your tourstogo.com voucher must be presented to the driver at your first stop - the driver may refuse boarding if you are unable to supply a copy of your voucher.
