15% cancellation fee is applied for all tours cancelled with more than 48hrs notice of tour departure.
50% cancellation fee is applied for tours cancelled between 12 and 24hrs prior to departure.
No refund for no shows or less than 12 hours notice of cancellation.
Full refund provided if tour or transfer is cancelled by operator.
Great Ocean Road - Otway Discovery:
Cancellations within 24 - 48 hours of tour departure will incur a 50% loss of the ticket price. Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in 100% loss of the ticket price.
The tour operator highly recommends all passengers have travel insurance. Although every effort is made, the tour operator shall not be liable for any illness, damages, loss or delay that may occur due to factors beyond our control.
The tour operator reserves and retains the right to alter itineraries, fares and may cancel tours in unforeseen circumstances.
Jungle Tours:
Day Tour Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure (or no shows) will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Tour of 2 or more days, cancelled within 72hrs of departure (or no shows) will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

*Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given: Under 7 days and over 24 hours notice - 20% of the value of the Tour, within 24 hours or where no notice is given - 100%.

*During peak season, if you select the Large Group option, the group number will be 53 people

Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Autopia Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.
Oz Whale Watching Sydney:
If you don't see whales you get a return trip free of charge.
If cruise is cancelled by Oz Whale Watching then clients are entitled to a refund or reschedule for another day.
If customer cancels within 48hrs of departure or no shows, no refund is available.
