100% cancellation fee applies to all bookings cancelled within 48 hours prior to tour departure, or "no-shows". Cancellations must be advised by Email or Telephone during businsess hours of 9am and 5pm.
Great Ocean Road - Otway Discovery:
Cancellations within 24 - 48 hours of tour departure will incur a 50% loss of the ticket price. Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in 100% loss of the ticket price.
The tour operator highly recommends all passengers have travel insurance. Although every effort is made, the tour operator shall not be liable for any illness, damages, loss or delay that may occur due to factors beyond our control.
The tour operator reserves and retains the right to alter itineraries, fares and may cancel tours in unforeseen circumstances.
Sunrover Tours:
Cancellations received with less than 2 weeks notice, will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
If you cancel your tour with less than 48hrs notice then a fee of 100% may be applied.
No Show (failure to collect tour tickets) / We fulfill our commitment to you for the sale of the tour ticket to you by making the tour ticket available at the pick up point for you to collect. If for any reason you are unable to collect all or part of your tour tickets purchased from us we are unable to refund your purchase.
If the tour is cancelled because of an act of war or terrorism or the forces of nature or by any event outside of the control of the tour operator then refunds shall be at the tour operator’s absolute discretion. If the tour is cancelled for any other reason, we will refund to you the tour ticket price exclusive of all booking and delivery fees. We do not refund the booking or delivery fee because we have provided you with the service you paid for- the booking and delivery of the tour ticket has been completed.
Melbourne Shopping Experiences:
1) Please advise Outlet Shopping Tours within 72 hours of a tour departure of any change or cancellation to avoid a cancellation fee of 25%
2) No-shows & tours cancelled within 48 hours of an Outlet Shopping Tour departure time will not be refunded
Escapegoat Adventures:
Tours must be cancelled by contacting the tour operator direct at least 48 hours before trip, otherwise 50% tour cost is retained.
Melbourne River Cruises:
Sightseeing River Cruises cancelled 72 hours or less prior to departure will not be eligible for a refund.
Cruising Restaurant bookings cancelled with 7 days or less prior to departure will not be eligible for a refund.
Activity Tours Australia- Hunter Valley Wine & Cheese Tasting Tour:
100% cancellation fee applies on any tour cancelled by the passenger less than 24 hours before departure.

We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur.
