Parasail & Jetski: No refund if notice of cancellation is less than 24 hours.
Captain Cook Cruises:
All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Cancellations received inside 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates:
30-59 days; AUD$200.00 pp deposit.
within 15-29 days; 50% of fare.
14 days or less; 100% of fare.
no-shows at sailing; 100% of fare.
Cancellation fees, less the administration fee may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover against such charges. Once any payment is made the following cancellation fees will apply in addition to any fees levied by your booking agent:
Cancellation Fees: Day Tours
Cancellation within 2 days (48hrs) of departure results in a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations between 3 and 5 days prior to departure results in a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration)
Cancellations within 5 days of departure results in up to a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 6-15 days prior to departure result in a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 16-29 days prior to departure result in a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 30 or more days prior to departure results in : up to a 10% fee charged by Adams Pinnacle Tours
Amendment Fees: Day Tours
A charge of $50 per person may apply to booking amendments received more than 5 days prior to tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments made within 5 days prior to the tour departure will be treated as cancellations and the applicable cancellation fee will apply.
Amendment Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration)
A Charge of $100 per person may apply to any modification after the original booking has been confirmed and at least 30 days prior to the tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments within 30 days of travel will be treated as cancellations and the cancellation policy applied.
Spirit of Freedom:
An AUD$100 cancellation fee applies from time of booking to 61 days prior to departure.
20% cancellation fee applies with less than 60 Days Notice
100% cancellation fee applies with 21 days or Less Notice
All passengers are strongly advised to travel with Travel Insurance that covers for Trip Cancellation and Scuba Diving Evacuation & Medical cover.
Sunrover Tours:
Cancellations received with less than 2 weeks notice, will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
If you cancel your tour with less than 48hrs notice then a fee of 100% may be applied.
No Show (failure to collect tour tickets) / We fulfill our commitment to you for the sale of the tour ticket to you by making the tour ticket available at the pick up point for you to collect. If for any reason you are unable to collect all or part of your tour tickets purchased from us we are unable to refund your purchase.
If the tour is cancelled because of an act of war or terrorism or the forces of nature or by any event outside of the control of the tour operator then refunds shall be at the tour operator’s absolute discretion. If the tour is cancelled for any other reason, we will refund to you the tour ticket price exclusive of all booking and delivery fees. We do not refund the booking or delivery fee because we have provided you with the service you paid for- the booking and delivery of the tour ticket has been completed.
AAT Kings:
Due to the Extensive organistion involved with touring, cancellation fees are applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. AAT Kings strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges.
Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given.
Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.
Skydive Brisbane:
CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel your booking. This enables us to try and fill your reserved space. Should you fail to give 48 hours notice, a $110 deposit will be forfeited. If less than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given, you will be liable for the entire cost of the jump.
Vagabond Cruises:
Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. Pre- Booking is essential.

Rottnest Fast Ferries & Tours:
All tours are weather permitting. All appropriate concession cards must be presented at the office prior to collecting your tickets. We have a no refund policy; however we can offer a credit note valid for one year for any cancellations that are made at least one hour prior to tour/ferry departure. Any no shows or cancellations made within one hour of departure will result in all pre-payments being forfeited. A no refund policy applies once payment has been made. Credit notes are valid for 1 year and will be issued instead of a refund.
Captain Cook Cruises (WA):
Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers.
Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund.
Cancellations within 72hrs of departure no refund will be issued.
IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS'
All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.
SeaLink Queensland:
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If the Magnetic Island ferry is cancelled by SeaLink QLD due to unforeseen circumstances (for example, inclement weather) a transfer to another day or full refund will be offered.
No refunds are given on unused ferry tickets.
Cancellations for day tours will incur the following cancellation fees:
More than 30 days before departure: 10% of coast
Between 7 and 30 days before departure: 50% of cost.
Less than 7 days before departure: 80% of cost.
Within 24hr of departure (or no-show): 100% of cost. No Refund.
Autopia Tours:
Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
Autopia Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.
Bruny Island Cruises:
Bookings dates are fully flexible, customers are welcome to contact us directly to change their tour date at any time, subject to availability.
IF you wish to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees may apply. For cancellations within 48hrs of departure, a 50% cancellation fee applies. For Cancellations within 24hrs of Departure, no refund is available.
Whitsunday Jetski Tours:
Cancellations made after 6pm the night before tour or 'no show' may incur a 50% charge.
Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Tasmania:
Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to a booking cancelled within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on.
Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Whitsunday Segway Tours:
Prices are inclusive of GST and National Park management fees which help fund assistance to keep the National Park beautiful.
Cancellations made after 6pm the night before or ‘no show’ may incur a 100% charge. Management reserves the right to change or limit tour itinerary or times in extreme weather conditions. Cancellation by management is unlikely but if necessary clients will be offered an alternative day (if available) or full refund.
Liability: Clients should note that riding a Segway involves some risk. While we make every effort to safeguard our clients we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to the actions of the clients which are beyond our control.
Rider weight restrictions of between 45 and 117kg and age restrictions of 12 years old and above apply. A signed release will be required from all participants before riding the Segways. We recommend you take out travel insurance prior to commencement of the tour.
Segway riders must be free of alcohol and other substances which may impair judgement and be able to stand unaided. You do not need any prior experience to participate in any activities on the Segway Tours.
