Edgecombe Brothers is what the Swan Valley is all about. Their range typifies the climate of the region by producing drink now styles and in the whites, they produce one of the only Semillons in this region. They have a tasting range of eight wines from white, reds, fortified and sparkling wines.
Homestead Brewery believe they are creating the finest ales using the oldest brewery equipment in the world. Sample one of their homemade brews full of big, bold, balanced and flavours. A lovely way to cleanse the palate before sitting down to your 2-course dinner at Mandoon Estates acclaimed The Wild Swan Restaurant.
Enjoy chef Michael Hartnell’s creative menu which embraces the contrast between tradition and innovation using only the finest local and seasonal produce.
